Our Philosophy & Goals
The philosophy of Nazareth Regional High School embraces the moral and intellectual development of the student as a whole person made in the image and likeness of God, redeemed by Christ, and destined to be one with God in heaven. This philosophy is expressed in all areas of education: spiritual, academic, ethical, cultural, physical and vocational. Our goal is to develop a truly free, responsible and integrated person, whose mission, through knowledge and discernment, is to use his/her talents, faculties and virtues in making the world a better place, thus achieving his/her own self-fulfillment and destiny.

The goal of Nazareth Regional High School is the development of the true Christian, a person who respects others and is willing to exercise responsibility in order to bring to realization the values of the Catholic Church and our American democracy. Nazareth Regional High School is dedicated to the fullest development and enrichment of each student's individual capacities. Our aim is to help in the maturing process of each student toward the goal of being a well-rounded individual and a cooperative, concerned member of society who lives in the true spirit of Christianity.

In summary, Nazareth Regional High School helps students to become:
  • people of sincere religious faith;
  • people who strive to be responsible and mature;
  • people who use all their talents, academic and otherwise;
  • people who will be good citizens;
  • people who are well-rounded;
  • people who are ready to make the world better.
