Nazareth uses a numeric system of grading with a range of 70 percent to 100 percent. Passing grade for all subjects is 70 percent. Advanced placement courses are weighted: the course grade is multiplied by 1.06 to determine both grade point average and class rank.
To further comply with New York State regulations, students must pass Regents' exams in Living Environment, Global Studies, Mathematics, U.S. History and English.
