Proof of graduation is your Official Transcript. Diplomas are only mementos and not an official document. Diplomas are available for purchase for $50 per copy.  Please alow 6 weeks for the diplomas to arrive.  

All transcripts/records are held at Nazareth Regional High School. Please fill out a copy of the Transcript/Record Request Form and mail it with a copy of your ID and $10.00 check or money order to the address above. YOUR SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED.

Sorry, there are no "Rush" orders - Transcripts are processed in the order they are received.

If you are in need of an "Express Transcript Pick Up", there is a $20 fee.
